Payment Records: Transaction amounts, timestamps, payment methods, and success/failure logs.
Tokenized Data: While we do not store raw credit card numbers, we store "tokens" provided by our payment processors to identify returning users securely.
2. How We Use Your Data
CloudRent.ai processes your data under the legal basis of "Contractual Necessity" and "Legal Obligation." Specific uses include:
Transaction Facilitation: To process rent payments from Tenant to Landlord and deduct applicable commissions.
Identity Verification: To perform Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks as required by financial regulators.
Automated Communications: To send payment receipts, rent reminders, and security alerts via SMS or WhatsApp (+60173785016).
Fraud Prevention: To monitor for suspicious login activity or fraudulent transaction patterns.
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
